Chicago, IL — November 3, 2025 — Handler Law LLP proudly promotes Michael N. Ripani, C.F.E., C.P.A., J.D. to Partner.
Mr. Ripani leads the Firm’s litigation practice, focused on estate contests, tax disputes, and complex commercial cases. He has 35 years of experience in civil litigation covering a broad spectrum of legal disciplines, including estate contests, fiduciary litigation, professional liability, business interference, employment and other business disputes. He has also conducted fraud investigations.
In addition to his extensive legal background, Mr. Ripani is both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)—a combination that gives him unique insight into the financial, regulatory and evidentiary aspects of sophisticated litigation. Over the course of his career, he has represented clients in state and federal courts across multiple jurisdictions and has managed litigation involving accountants, attorneys, fiduciaries and corporate officers.
